Not sure if you need a cashflow forecast?

Check out our Cashflow Health Check to see if you’re prepared for the months ahead:

Pre-Christmas Cashflow Health Check:

  • Did you have less cash coming into the business over Christmas and January?
  • Super payments are then due at the end of January
  • BAS is due at the end of February
  • Will you have a 4-6 month operating cash buffer, after covering your project costs, to cover worst-case scenarios (ongoing COVID impacts)?
  • Have your cash reserves gotten smaller this year?
  • Do you think 2022 will be better or worse for profits and cashflow?
  • Do you think margins will improve or decline?
  • Have you built a cashflow forecast that factors in the ongoing impact of COVID on margins?
  • Did you hit your forecast profit margin in 2021?
  • Project by project, have you hit your forecast profit margin for each job so far this financial year?
  • Have you reviewed your margins to factor in price increases from suppliers and updated your markup and labour rates?
  • Did you make as much money as you planned to so far this year?
  • Are you certain you’ll make enough money to cover your lifestyle expenses?
  • Can you accurately predict your revenue, costs, and cash at the bank for the next 6 months?
