Kathleen Holden

Kathleen brings over 10 years’ experience across public practice and commercial accounting, with a strong focus on tax, accounting, and business advisory services. She has worked closely with high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, and larger private business groups, delivering tailored taxation, compliance, and strategic advice to support sustainable growth and strong financial outcomes. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

In addition to her public practice background, Kathleen has held a senior commercial accounting role within a privately owned investment company, where she managed day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. This experience gives her a practical, commercially grounded perspective when advising clients.

Kathleen is passionate about achieving strong client outcomes, mentoring and developing team members, and leading process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality across the firm. Outside of work, she enjoys watching tennis, baking, and spending time with her family and her three dogs.
