Phil is a B2B Sales & Marketing expert with over 20 years experience delivering products, projects and events in local and international markets across verticals as diverse as Media, Hospitality, Fitness, Sport, Music and Government.
Joining the firm in 2021 as Head of Marketing, Phil became Partner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in January 2024. In his current role, Phil has responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s growth strategy – including product and market development, sales leadership, executive recruitment, and employer brand strategy.
In addition to putting his hand up to score (someone has to do it!) cricket for his son’s junior cricket matches, Phil has a musical background – which he currently puts to use with his daughter, regularly performing at local festivals and events along with helping produce and record her original content.
