Xact Accounting & Advisory partners with CCF Queensland to support financial confidence across civil construction

Xact Accounting 5 November 2025

Xact Accounting & Advisory is proud to announce a new partnership with the Civil Contractors Federation Queensland (CCF QLD) – working together to help civil construction businesses gain clarity, strengthen compliance, and plan confidently for growth.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting the civil construction sector with practical financial insights and tailored advisory opportunities that help business owners operate with greater control and confidence.

“Civil construction businesses are managing increasingly complex financial and operational environments,” said Michael Renton, CEO of Xact Accounting & Advisory.

“Our collaboration with CCF Queensland is about giving their members practical access to industry-specialist accounting and advisory support – the kind of advice that turns financial data into confident business decisions.”

The partnership launches with a new initiative, Digging into the Numbers, offering exclusive one-on-one advisory sessions for CCF Queensland members.

These private sessions are designed to help business owners assess their financial health, review compliance obligations, and identify opportunities to improve performance and profitability.

The first session will be led by Dylan Eve and David Holzgrefe from Xact Accounting & Advisory – two experienced advisors who work closely with construction and civil businesses across Queensland.

Dylan, a Chartered Accountant and Partner at Xact, specialises in structuring, financial management, and QBCC compliance.

David brings more than 25 years of commercial and advisory experience, helping business owners improve visibility, manage risk, and scale sustainably.

“We know that for many civil construction businesses, the challenge isn’t effort – it’s clarity,” said Renton. “By helping business owners understand their numbers and strengthen their decision-making frameworks, we can support long-term confidence, compliance, and growth.”

Building stronger financial foundations for the future

Through this partnership, CCF Queensland and Xact Accounting & Advisory will continue to collaborate on initiatives that lift financial capability across the civil construction sector.

By combining CCF’s industry reach with Xact’s specialist financial and advisory expertise, members gain access to insights and tools that help them run stronger, more resilient businesses.

“This is about empowering business owners to operate with confidence,” said Renton.

“When you understand your numbers, you can make better decisions, protect your margins, and build a business that lasts.”
