Streamlining Success: Buildxact’s NEW 2-Way Xero Integration
In an exciting development, Buildxact has unveiled a major update in their project accounting capability: 2-way integration with Xero. This important new feature is designed to streamline the bookkeeping (BK) process, eliminating the need for manual double-entry of invoices from suppliers and significantly reducing errors and processing time.
Nadia Viljoen, Client Director from the Bookkeeping division at Xact Accounting, shared her enthusiasm for the new integration, saying,
This is the breakthrough our users have been eagerly awaiting. It will dramatically streamline the bookkeeping process for Buildxact users, who have traditionally had to manually enter invoices into both Xero and Buildxact. This new 2-way sync will really streamline our processes – with a single point of entry now for all invoices and a much cleaner way of aligning costs with jobs. Nadia Viljoen, Client Director from the Bookkeeping division at Xact Accounting
Daniel Wilkinson, Head of CFO Advisory at Xact Accounting echoes these comments saying,
Buildxact has again shown why they are the market leader. You just can’t underestimate how critical job costing is (matching all incoming and outgoings to specific jobs to track profitability) when it comes to building profitable businesses… Job costing in Buildxact just got a whole lot easier, puting it within reach of a whole lot more Buildxact users! Dan Wilkinson, Head of CFO Advisory at Xact Accounting
This new 2-way integration allows for seamless communication of critical accounting data between Buildxact and Xero – including being able to see the original documents (e.g. receipts and invoices) in both Xero and Buildxact.
