Carl Scuderi

Carl began his accounting career at PKF Chartered Accountants, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked closely with clients across construction, contracting, and project management. Over the past 20 years, Carl has built deep commercial experience as a Financial Controller and CFO, supporting businesses across warehousing and distribution, property management, retail and FMCG, logistics, and project-based environments.

Carl is a highly experienced finance professional who can operate at a detailed, hands-on level while also stepping back to provide strategic oversight. Having owned and run his own distribution business, he understands first-hand the pressures faced by time-poor business owners.

He is passionate about using the right technology, systems, and financial insights to simplify decision-making, free up time, and help businesses operate in a sustainable, healthy, and profitable way.
