Douglas brings a wealth of both technical and life experience to our team, including a career journey that started in the Australian Army. Serving in specialised field of logistics and warehousing, Douglas served with distinction, including a deployment to Afghanistan as part of OP SLIPPER.
Douglas’ professional journey continued in the Glass and Aluminium industry, where he gained over 7 years of significant expertise in various manufacturing areas where he built a reputation for being able to parachute into challenging commercial scenarios, quickly determine systemic and operational flaws, and provide practical commercial solutions for improving profit outcomes.
When he’s not helping clients, Douglas is dedicated to spending time with his young family – and whenever he can, a bit of fishing and computer programming – hobbies that highlight his diverse interests and commitment to lifelong learning and personal development.
