Drew Cockroft

Drew brings more than 20 years of commercial experience to Xact, much of it earned inside the building and construction supply chain. He has held senior commercial leadership roles within a leading manufacturing business supplying the construction industry, giving him a first-hand view of how the sector really operates, from the factory floor through to the numbers that decide whether a business grows or stalls.

His background spans management accounting, commercial management, operations, supply chain and procurement, with deep experience in financial reporting, pricing, job costing, inventory management and cashflow. That mix means Drew understands both the detail and the bigger commercial picture, and how the two connect.

Drew works closely with business owners and leadership teams to sharpen their commercial decision-making, solve the challenges holding them back and support sustainable growth. He holds a Master of Commerce (Accounting) and is a Member of the Institute of Public Accountants.

Outside work, Drew stays active with a mix of running and the gym, and values time kicking the footy with his two sons down at the local field.
