Kate has built her career across public practice accounting and legal firms, in roles spanning bookkeeping, operations management and general management. That breadth has given her a close, practical understanding of how a growing business actually runs, not just how the numbers look at year end.

She works best with fast-growing businesses, where the volume of work quickly gets ahead of the systems set up to manage it. Away from work, Kate spends much of her time around Rugby League, volunteering as first aid for both her daughter’s and her son’s teams. When she is not at work or at the footy, she is enjoying some downtime with her family.
