Kat is the Operations Manager at Xact Accounting and a key member of the firm’s Operations Leadership Team. As a qualified accountant, she combines genuine technical depth with a talent for keeping the business running smoothly, overseeing the core management and production systems the firm relies on every day. She governs process compliance, drives continuous improvement, and is the primary point of contact for the firm’s software vendors.

Having started her journey in client services and tax accounting across the construction, health, and sales sectors, Kat brings a deep understanding of client needs to everything she does. Wellness is something she cares about deeply, mental health in particular, and she is a strong advocate for a workplace culture where wellbeing and growth go hand in hand. Whether she’s onboarding new team members, supporting the firm’s cybersecurity framework, or building better systems, Kat is known for bringing calm, competence, and genuine care to her work.

Kat is a friendly and engaging person with a passion for life. She loves cheering on the Brisbane Broncos and finds joy in hiking and spending quality time with her family and friends.
