Lexie brings a dynamic and client-focused approach to her role as Client Services Officer within our Financial Control & Bookkeeping team. With a natural knack for problem-solving and a passion for creating smooth, efficient workflows, Lexie thrives in environments where she can make a genuine difference for clients and teammates alike.

Prior to joining Xact, Lexie built her experience around client engagement and support, finding reward in helping others resolve issues and improve their day-to-day operations. She has a particular interest in systems and process optimisation and is always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and simplify the way things are done.

Lexie enjoys the balance of working closely with a collaborative team while also taking ownership of her individual responsibilities. Her proactive mindset and attention to detail make her a valuable asset in supporting our clients and internal systems.

Away from the desk, Lexie is an adrenaline enthusiast. From skydiving and parasailing to haunted mazes and horror films, she’s constantly on the lookout for her next heart-racing adventure. She loves getting out and exploring new experiences – whether it’s hiking, escape rooms, or simply trying something different, she’s always up for the challenge.
