Natalie Grohn

Natalie Grohn is a CPA who has spent her career leading finance and operations across aviation, not-for-profit and commercial businesses in Australia and the UK. She brings that operational and financial leadership to Xact and the construction businesses the firm supports.

Before joining Xact, Natalie spent four and a half years with M Group on the Sunshine Coast, first as Accounting and Bookkeeping Manager and then as Operations Manager, responsible for the accounting and later the wider running of the business. Prior to that she was Finance Manager at Sunshine Coast Airport, leading the finance function through the airport’s privatisation.

Earlier roles with Uniting Care Group and more than a decade of not-for-profit and corporate work in the UK gave Natalie a broad commercial view she brings to her work today.

Natalie grew up in Bundaberg and holds a business degree from Central Queensland University alongside her CPA.

Outside work she spends her weekends on relaxing walks, catching up with friends and family, and watching (mostly through her fingers) her daughter play rugby 15s and 7s for GPS.
