Introducing: Luke Dyer, Research Analyst at Xact Accounting

Xact Accounting 1 September 2025

Since joining Xact Accounting in August 2024, Luke has become an integral part of the team, leading major improvements in our internal operations and marketing systems. As our dedicated Research Analyst, Luke focuses on identifying inefficiencies and driving automation to make day-to-day tasks faster, smarter, and more effective.

Luke has recently been instrumental in overhauling our SharePoint system, now known internally as XactOS, to streamline internal processes and knowledge management across the business. He also worked closely with the marketing team to revamp our client database and automate key workflows, helping us better connect with clients and track campaign performance with greater accuracy. These enhancements not only improve team efficiency but also reflect our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

A former student of St Peters Lutheran College, Luke graduated with an impressive ATAR of 99.80 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (BAFE) at the University of Queensland. Outside of work, Luke is a sports enthusiast who has played firsts in both cricket and tennis. He continues to enjoy racquet sports in his spare time, especially tennis and table tennis, and has recently taken up Padel now that new courts have opened at The Gap.

We’re proud to have Luke as part of the Xact team and look forward to seeing how his work continues to drive impact across the firm and for our clients.
