Xact Accounting is pleased to announce the promotion of Noah Hodgson to Client Director, recognising his contribution to clients, the team, and the Firm.
Noah is a Chartered Accountant with close to a decade of experience in the industry. He joined Xact in 2025 after co-leading the Real Estate & Construction group at Grant Thornton.
Clients value Noah for two things: deep technical knowledge of the construction and property sectors, and the ability to translate that knowledge into plain English. He works across QBCC licensing and Minimum Financial Requirements compliance, tax-effective structuring for developments, group restructures and asset protection, cash flow forecasting at the project level, and long-term tax and succession planning.
In his new role, Noah will continue working closely with construction business owners and property developers across tax strategy, restructuring, QBCC compliance, succession planning, and commercial advisory. His approach aligns with Xact’s broader mission of moving clients out of reactive financial management and into structured, commercially driven decision making.
The promotion reflects Xact’s ongoing investment in experienced advisory talent and its commitment to specialist support for construction and property businesses across Australia.
