We are thrilled to share that Kat Scales has been promoted from Client Services Manager to Operations Manager. Since joining us in late 2023, Kat has made an immediate impact by leading the development and optimisation of our new workflow, which has greatly enhanced the efficiency of our business operations. We’re excited to see her continue driving innovation and growth in this new role, and we look forward to the positive changes she will bring to our team and processes moving forward.
Following a distinguished academic journey into the accounting industry, Kat brings extensive experience in tax accounting and client services. Her expertise is crucial to this central role, where she collaborates closely with our internal team, clients, and external stakeholders. Kat’s adeptness with technology, process improvement, and project management is invaluable as we implement critical changes across the business to underpin the firm’s growth.
Throughout her career, Kat has worked with clients across diverse industries such as construction, retail, and pharmacy. In addition to her impressive academic and professional credentials, Kat also serves as a Qualified Justice of the Peace, further showing her commitment to the community.
Outside work, Kat is an avid Broncos fan, enjoys hiking and time with family and friends.
