Xact Accounting is delighted to announce Daniel Wilkinson and Phil Brown will be joining the firm’s leadership team as Partners.
Founding partner at Xact Accounting, Michael Renton, said Daniel and Phil brought a wealth of experience to the firm.

It’s rare in our industry to see someone with a non-accounting background appointed as Partner, so Phil’s promotion is a testament to the impact he’s had on the trajectory of our firm,” he said.
“Phil’s ability to understand and interpret our services through the eyes of our clients and his seasoned commercial and leadership skills will be vital as we continue to scale the firm.
“He’ll also lead one of the most challenging areas of growth for our industry – the war for talent.
In his role as Partner and Client Director, Daniel Wilkinson will continue to head up the rapidly growing CFO Advisory division – a fractional service designed to deliver much needed financial visibility to business owners, along with practical insights on driving sustainable profit increases.
Phil Brown’s role will expand from Head of Marketing to the new role of Commercial Manager, with responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s growth strategy – including product and market development, sales leadership, executive recruitment, and employer brand strategy.
Michael Renton continues as Xact Accounting Founding Partner and CEO, joined by Suzanne Crichton and Joshua Robertson, both in the role of Partner | Client Director.
