We’re excited to welcome David Holzgrefe to the Xact Accounting team as our newest Client Director in the CFO Advisory division.
David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. He began his career at KPMG, where he qualified as a chartered accountant, and has since built a successful career spanning more than 25 years across accounting, commercial leadership, and business ownership.
Notably, David founded his own business and successfully grew it to a point where it was acquired by a private equity-backed industry consolidator. This hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective and deep commercial insight, particularly across the building, construction, and mining sectors.
Having walked the path of a business owner himself, David understands the highs and lows of running and scaling a business. He’s passionate about supporting other business owners to overcome their challenges and reach the goals they’ve set for themselves.
When he’s not working alongside clients, David enjoys spending his downtime on the golf course, perfecting his swing, and enjoying the outdoors. He’s also an avid traveller, always keen to explore new places, cultures, and experiences.
