Before joining Xact, Lexie honed her skills in client engagement and support, finding reward in helping others resolve issues and streamline their operations. She’s particularly passionate about systems and process optimisation, always on the lookout for ways to simplify workflows and improve efficiency across the board.

Outside of work, Lexie is an adrenaline enthusiast who’s always chasing her next thrill – whether it’s skydiving, parasailing, haunted mazes, or horror films. She loves exploring new experiences, from hiking and escape rooms to anything that gets her heart racing.
